MacOS Sequoia - Adobe Acrobat Pro - Printing Issues

Hi There!

I was wondering if anybody else has had printing issues since updating to macOS Sequoia? I am trying to print on my PIXMA Pro-100 and need to enter the page setup dialog to select borderless printing, however, since updating under the "Format For" none of my printers show up.

I am using a Macbook Pro with Adobe Creative Cloud. My Adobe Acrobat Pro is running version 24.1

If anybody has any suggestions, I'd be happy to try them out.

Thanks!

If it helps anyone else, I just got mine to work by downloading and installing the latest Sequoia developer beta 4 release. Once the beta 4 was finished installing the printer dialogue boxes once again allow a printer to be selected.

I have the same issue. Not only in the Acrobat, but in all of the adobe products, after updating to MacOS Sequoia. None of them shows any printer on the page setup dialog.

Hi @Sandy Point Resorts @80970

Are the printers not showing up in Sequoia is specific to PDF opened in Adobe Acrobat or any other file as well. Like for example - If you open the PDF in let's say Apple's Preview and try to print, are the printers showing up there?

  • If those are showing up, then we'll have to investigate further .
  • If those are not whowing up even for other apps like Preview, then you may have to work with Apple support to get it resolved.

Hey I have the same issue,

I can print from preview no problem, it is acrobat where the printers do not show up on the printer settings page and, whilst I can print, the print is full of errors.

I know this is partially because the drivers are out of date as they have not updated to seqouia, however I am still able to print from preview on both my Ricoh IM C4500 and Canon TM-300

Thanks

Steps

  1. Close Acrobat

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
