Hi! I have a file of approximately 6K pages sized 4x1.5 inches each that I'd like to merge to letter size document with 30 of original pages per sheet. I have Acrobat Pro X and I cannot seem to find that option. It allows me to print 30 pages per sheet but not save the resluting file... When I try to set the print settings and select "Save as PDF" I get a warning that printing to a PDF file is not avalable and I need to use the "Save as" dialog instead. But "Save as" does not let me put multiple pages on one sheet! What can I do??

Thank you!

Are you comfortable with InDesign? If so, here is a link to a related InDesign discussion with several options for you:

If you are printing labels, you could also look into downloading label templates from the label manufacturers.

Perfect! Thank you! The solution that worked for me was export all my pages as jpegs and then run an Image Catalog script in InDesign.
