Missing photos when printing to PDF from Microsoft Excel

Hello,

I have been saving my Excel sheets as PDFs for years, without an issue (using the Adobe COM Add-in), but just today it decided to stop printing certain photos/logos on the pages when I save as PDF from Excel. Does anyone know why / what the solution is? I figured I'd ask before attempting to uninstall/reinstall the entire Adobe DC program.

Thanks!

We've just seen the same issue on three systems that have used the same spreadsheets for years.  Three of four images on a spreadsheet not transferring to the PDF when done with the Create PDF function in Excel.  Printing to PDF still works, but it slows their work process dramatically.  Acrobat Pro DC 2019.021.20058.  It's suspicious that all three computers stopped working over the span of a few days.

That is so strange. I was curious if others had ran into the same issue with Pro DC. I spoke with Adobe support both via email correspondence and later a phone call, and neither person had a clue what was going on. Adobecare@outlook.com stated, "DC Pro latest plugins and Windows 10 64 Bit last update is no longer supported" and offered a lifetime license for the older version of Pro 2017 at the rate of $399. I find this ridiculous, as it's clearly an Adobe problem and not the consumer.

I'm not sure I understand this quote: "DC Pro latest plugins and Windows 10 64 Bit last update is no longer supported".

I do not believe Adobecare@outlook.com is a legitimate Adobe support source.

BTW, have you tried making the PDF using the Save-as command directly through Excel?

Check to see if your have limited your print area in Excel. If the image is inserted in an area not included in the print area, it will not print even if the image is visible in the printing area.

If you get to the point, don't uninstall Acrobat right away, but use the Help > Repair Installation option first.

I checked the print area, it seems to be fine. It's just seemingly changed its mind about allowing me to save a PDF from Excel in seconds. It worked one minute, and didn't the next. I did the Repair Installation but it errored out and didn't let it finish. I un/reinstalled the program and still have the same issue! It's weird because two of my coworkers had this happen at the beginning of last week to their computers as well.
