Hi,
I have a perpetual Acrobat Pro 2020 licence on a Windows 10 (20H2) laptop.
I need to send a legal document to a few people for signature - however I dont see a 'request signature' option under Tools.
Have never needed it before either, so not sure if it was ever there.
Is this option only available with an Acrobat Pro DC license?
Thanks

Yes, AcrobatSign requires the Document Cloud services.

Hi,
When you click the fill & sign button, does the request button not appear on the menu that appears?

thanks for such a fast response!
No, when I click Fill & Sign along the side (or from the tools section), I just get this toolbar across the top:
There's no 'request' option, just an option for me to sign my own signature! It's like adobe sign isn't there?

Do I need to format the PDF a certain way first maybe?
I tried to 'prepare' the form but I still didn't see any fields that would let me specify different signature fields for different people, and send it.

Same issue here, were you able to solve the issue?

Unfortunately not! I didn't get a response here in time, so we just went with printing and signing as it was a once off.
I think you need the subscription-based DC rather than the perpetual license to get this function 😞

But the feature is listed in Adobe Acrobat 2020 new features summary page (the version I am having trouble with), did I misunderstood anything?

Now I noticed I missed this part "...enhanced with Document Cloud services", thanks
