Question

Multi line default settings

Anyone able to help with this? I have made a rich text multi line text box.

However the spacing does not align to the lines underneath.

I thought 16.5 "exactly" was correct in the paragraph setting however they misalign towards the end of the page.

Any help is much appreciated.

What do you think of the attached form?

I like your solution.

Is it possible to set a character limit to each line so therefore it does not start condensing?

Clearly the obvious would then be the press "tab" to start on the new line.

The only default settings that can be applied to a Rich Text Formatting text field are those that can be set using a script, and Spacing isn't one of them.

Select all text in a field then ( for windows click CTRL+E or Mac Cmd+E) in the toolbar that appear click 'More'
then select paragraph tab, here you will find spacing settings.

Do you have advice on what settings to use for the attached PDF?

For example I had tried 16.5 "exactly" however it starts to misalign when reaching the bottom of the page? Do you have a way to calculate what the settings should be?

Lastly, will the setting remain set (permenant) for when I save and exit the document and it is then used by others (sent to them via email attachment)?
