As per the issue description that your Acrobat DC keeps getting uninstalled. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?
1. Is there an error message too?

2. Could you share the exact workflow, how is it uninstalling?

3. OS name and version?

Also, is your computer connected to a network, or is administered remotely in some way?
