My e-signature does not show email and time when using E-signature block (with email)
Hi, hoping for some help with this issue.
I send and receive documents for signing and hey sign in the block style and it shows their email and time underneath the sig in blue but when I sign it just shows signature and email.
I have spoken to a support person and they sent me details of what to change but I can't get to the correct account page o get to options. Appreciate it may be becsues of way set up in organisation, but if anyone has any ways of fixing would appreciate the help.
