Need help removing license from old computers

i have a adobe acrobat pro perpetual license that i purchased in 2015.

now i need to remove the licenses from old computers so that i can use it in my new computers

the problem is that my computers arent showing up in my account and theres no way for me to contact support. they say that for me to have support i need an active subscription.

 

seems their closing in so that i need to pay monthly/yearly

 

any ideas?

    I have same issue. I removed CS6 from old pc by choosing remove license or something like that so that I can't use the product anymore on that PC. Than I installed on another pc and now it says it's installed on more than 2 machines. But nothing showing in my Adobe account..

     

    What now?

    Contact Adobe directly and ask for an "activation count reset".

    I did that, spoke to several chat operators and the problem is solved now.
