Need Help with Downloaded .pdf File

My wife downloaded the attached .pdf file.

She has asked me to edit the file (2 x pages), she wants to have columns 1 & 2 on a single page, columns 3 & 4 on a single page and so on until the 2 x pages are actually 8 pages with 2 columns on each.

 

Could somebody tell me how to achieve the above and if it is indeed possible.

It is possible in Acrobat, but re-making the pdf in Canva (the application that created this pdf) would be the best option, placing the pdf into InDesign and exporting to a new pdf would be the easiest solution, In Acrobat, you can duplicate the pages, then crop the 8 pages to 2-column pages.
