Need help with Published MasterControl documents

Hi,

I am trying to open a PDF using Acrobat Chrome Pluging, but getting error as 

TypeError: this.info.toSource is not a function 

"Published MasterControl documents frequently use JavaScript. If you are seeing this message, your viewer either does not support JavaScript or it is disabled. If you are using Adobe Acrobat, please enable JavaScript. If you are using another viewer, you will need to configure your browser to view PDF files externally in Adobe Acrobat."

Attached is the document. Kindly help us to view the document in browser.

You can't, at least without modifying the PDF. 

Each page in the document has a form field obscuring the page text. A document script is used to hide the form field. If the viewer doesn't run JavaScript, then the form feild can't be hidden. There is also a built-in expiration date that if passed, will prevent the pages from being viewed. 

You can easily bypass these measures  by opening the document in Acrobat and deleting the form fields or hiding them.
