You can't, at least without modifying the PDF. 

Each page in the document has a form field obscuring the page text. A document script is used to hide the form field. If the viewer doesn't run JavaScript, then the form feild can't be hidden. There is also a built-in expiration date that if passed, will prevent the pages from being viewed. 

You can easily bypass these measures  by opening the document in Acrobat and deleting the form fields or hiding them.
