Need the ability to create an icon from most frequently used tools

Adobe Acrobat needs to allow the ability to create a quick link or to make an icon from most-used tools, such as Compare. I currently have to open Adobe, click See All Tools, then scroll to the Compare tool that is needed (very often). Too many steps.

It does... Right-click the toolbar and select Customize Quick Tools. Search for the tool you're interested in, click it, an then click the arrow on the right to add it to the toolbar. You can select items in that window and move them to the left or right, too:
