New Acrobat Reader DC comments

Hello, guys!

I've recently noticed a problem (or not?) with New Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - it's impossible to add a comment as text when your document has already been signed by someone, but sometimes it is necessary to add a comment as text for some reason even if the document is signed. What can I do with that?

Thanks!

Hi @Aleksandr30983028utwy ,

The Add text comment has been deliberately removed from quick tools section in modern viewer. If you still want to use it, you can Add the text comment by customizing the quick tool bar.

Please refer to the attached recording for adding the text comment to quick toolbar.

Hope this helps!!.

Thanks,

Prashant.

Hello!

We need exactly this option. If I add the text comment, then it appears with a red boarder, but we need just a normal text

Hi @Aleksandr30983028utwy ,

This is Fill and sign option, which is not available in signed files, if you follow my screen recording that i attached earlier, the text comment that you add would not have the red border around.

Thanks,

Prashant.

That's impossible. I'm a coprorate user and our security policy doesn't allow that

Use the regular commenting tools (under Tools - Comment), not the Fill & Sign ones.

Take a look at these screenshots

I can't add comments as text after the document has been signed

Maybe they started doing so...

Hello, no, they didn't. I tried to sign a document with several users and no one locked it.
