New Adobe Sign issues
I use Adobe Sign for a number of processes, and it's been great. The new version of Sign is improving, but there still some limitations that keep sending me back to the legacy version.
- New sign bundles separate documents into one. This is fine for the signing process, but when the documents are signed I want to be able to download the files individually, as I did with the legacy version.
- When I send reminders I need to be able to see that they have been sent via the Activity feed for that document. Currently, in the new version, any reminders sent do not show up in Activity. The probably show up if I was in the legacy version...
- When I prepare my document for sending and signing, I enter text in the message body. I cannot edit the subject line - why? I also can't highlight text with my keyboard; I have to highlight with my mouse. I can't use the delete key to backspace or delete text; I have to type over the text. I can't use my arrow buttons to move around in the email; I have to use my mouse.
I really hope the above will be corrected soon, else I will have to find another tool for sending docs for electronic/digital signing.
