Only 1 Name Badge prints from list of 6

Using a marketing automation cloud software program, "Greenrope". When I go to print Event Attendee name badges, only one shows up on the label sheet and prints, though there are 6 names plus. Greenrope does it on there end and all show up. They have no idea how to fix.

Can you share a sample file? It sounds like a problem on their end... There's probably not much you can do about it.
