Opening linked attachments in a NEW tab

I've created a link in my document to open an attached pdf, but it opens in the same tab. Can I make it open in a new tab?

Select the Add or Edit Link tool, right-click the link, select Properties, edit the action and set the "Open in" setting to "New window":
