Overlapped I/O event is not in a signaled state

Hello,

Couldn't find anything else about this so creating new post:

I have problem with Adobe, I cannot attach documents using the paperclip function on PDF.

We're getting error Overlapped I/O event is not in a signaled state.

We tried to move everything to C:/temp and launch from this location but still not working.

Any clues how to fix this?

Appreciate any help.
