Payment failed while I already paid for Acrobat Pro

Dear Sir/Madam !
I paid for Acrobat Pro with the price of 109.95 USD in 15/03/2024(as image attached with this email).
But I have received the email that I couldnt use my Acrobat Pro anymore because my payment has been failed. How can that happened when I already pay for my subscription ?

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to found any active plan/subscription for Acrobat Pro.

 

As mentioned, you have already paid for the subscription, this is something better handled by our billing team using the link:  https://adobe.ly/4aAfanO and click on the dotted icon in the lower right corner to start.
