PDF/A Saving problem

I want to save the document I scanned as PDF/A in Acrobat Pro. I keep getting the message "The selected profile does not exist. Please use the Settings...button in order to select an other profile". As a result, I cannot save the document. Can you help me please?

I want to save my documents as PDF/A-3b. Unfortunately, it says this profile is not installed. The installed profile is PDF/A-2b only. I uninstalled Acrobat Pro and reinstalled it. But not all PDF/A profiles are loaded. Please help with this. Thank you.

It does work for me. Check the preflight option.
