PDF Context menu conversion blank pages
Hello,
I have a client that I have been working with to investigate an issue where the context menu convert to PDF option creates PDF's with mostly blank pages. I have gone through the built in Adobe pro repair. uninstalled and reinstalled all Adobe products and done a clean uninstall and reinstall.
I used Windows process monitor to determine that the acrotray.exe service is what was handling that conversion from the context menu. I also tried deleting that service, repaired Adobe which recreated the acrotray.exe service and attempted the same conversion but it did not help.
We have been converting Word documents and if you open the document and use the Adobe PDF printer or the Save as PDF function it works but our client likes to convert files in bulk which is much easier through the context menu.
I have also tried Word documents from multiple sources and created test documents all with the same results.
Any ideas or recommendations for what actions I can try next to fix that process?
