Hi everyone

this is Vince from Italy.

I’m using Acrobat DC for a form.

I’m creating an order form that will be added inside my website.

it’s a simple page with the customer data and in the bottom name, price and quantity of the item.

in the program preview it works fine: when i type the quantity it does the calculation and the total is correct. but when i export the PDF i can only type in the boxes and nothing happens.

an other issue i have is the send option. I've added a box that should send the PDF via mail to my account but it doesn’t work.

can anyone help me please?

That's not exporting it. It's just opening it using another application. It's possible to do, of course, but for best results you should really stick with Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader. Apple Preview, for example, is known to corrupt PDF forms as soon as it opens them...

What you mean with "export the pdf" ? In Adobe Acrobat you need only save the file.

hi, thanks for your reply.

i use OSX.. when i say export, i mean open with "preview" or other pdf apps.

my purpose is to use the pdf form within the website so when people open it they can place the order (just the quantity) on the pdf and send it back to me. is it possible?
