PDF Forms

I have created a form with multiple tables and inserted text fields within the tables. When I preview the form, the lines in my table have been covered by the text field. How do I adjust the multiple text field boxes so that they remain within the lines in the table?

@wobuibe, that's the right-hand panel when working in the Forms tool.

It's just above the list of form fields.

The screen capture is from Acrobat Pro DC.

If you're using an earlier version of Acrobat, the alignment tools are there but might be in a different location when you're in the Forms tool.

You can also resize and re-position the form fields so that they don't overlap and block the text.

Acrobat has several size and alignment tools to do this quickly. (See screen capture below)

You can select multiple fields and adjust them together, or select them individually.

Not sure I understand the question but here is my first thought:

  1. In properties under the tab Appearance make sure you select "no color" in the border color and Fill color option.
