PDF insert w/out adding additional bookmarks: Seeking advice on preserving existing doc structure
Hello everyone,
I'm facing a challenge while attempting to integrate a new PDF document into an existing one that already contains important bookmarks that I'd like to preserve. Specifically, I'm looking to insert the new PDF at a designated bookmark location without importing the new bookmarks from the inserted document. A longer workaround I have found is to delete the bookmarks from the PDF I am adding before insertion. However, considering that I need to repeat this process with hundreds of documents, I'm hoping to find a more time-efficient method that wouldn't risk corrupting the original bookmarks. How can I achieve this? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
