Hi
Have a pdf which doesn’t display correctly on some pcs. Other pcs are fine.
Checked fonts, it only has 3. All pcs have these fonts. Tried local fonts on and off.
Attached picture of scrambled version
If I export the scrambled PDF to word it reads correctly as a word document. Exporting back to pdf and it reads ok as a pdf.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
As described the PDF file is displayed correctly on some PCs and not on others, Please check for any missing/pending updates for the computer OS and try updating it and check.
Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win on the affected machines and try using the application there and check.
Also, share the PDF file in question so that we can check it at our end https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html
You may also go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/pdf-fonts.html and see if that works.
Regards
Amal

Have you tried the Preflight Fixup to embed fonts?
Print Production > Preflight
Then make sure the PDF Standards selection is in the top of the dropdown.
Click the blue wrench for the single-item fixup
Type font into the search.
Click Fix.
It will prompt you to save the document.
