No, sorry. The file size of a PDF has nothing to do with how many pages it has. 

 

How large are the pages?

Do they contain images?

If so, how high resolution are the images?

How complex are the graphics?

 

1 GB could be thousands of pages, but it also could just be 12 pages. It also depends on how the file was constructed.

No, because it's an impossible task. A single PDF page can range anywhere from 5KB to 1GB, or even more, depending on the content it contains.
