PDF to PPT not converting nicely! Illustrator file

I worked on a 20-pg deck in Adobe Illustrator with the following items that are NOT converting accurately once I export from PDF to PPT.

-A patterned background for each slide that has very low opacity. In the PPT, the image is at 100% opacity and covers the text, making it hard to read

-Titles of pages in a specific font, and when converted, the font changes and the letters become much closer together, also hard to read
