Predatory Cancellation Fee

I needed to post somewhere Adobe can see this, when I signed up I somehow missed that there was a cancellation fee, now they want $70 to cancel.  Adobe does not make it clear what we are signing up for. 

 

I get it they desigend the sign up processes where there is a little carrot to click to pick the non annual plan but NOTHING tells you to look it over first or any warning that what I was choosing would have a cancellation fee.  I know Adobe does this to make extra money but it makes people like me who dislike their product because $21.99/month is a bit steep to hating this company and their products because of this predatory practice I have now fallen victim to when I went to cancel....

 

Shame on you Adobe for not making this clearer when a new customer comes in to purchase your product.  I will not be buying your product ever again and will warn everyone I talk to about your practices.

Thanks for posting this -- this new cancellation fee is absolutely predatory. I'm looking forward to whatever class action lawsuit they have coming their way.
