Print a design in both side issue

Some printers have settings you can access to adjust the alignment of the front and back, you would need to read the manual, as these settings are pretty well hidden, in my experience.  I assume you have flipped (mirrored) the image on the back so it will align with the front. Create a target like I have shown here, align it to the center of your sheet, front and back and print it two sided, measure the offset, move the back image and print again until the image is as close to alignment as possible. Note that you will never get it perfect, as you can on a press that can control registration.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, design are not in the exactly same position one of them is little  push up or more right when printing on both sides.

Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat let you print double-sided if your printer supports that feature. The printer driver controls the options, not Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. Check for any missing/pending updates for printer driver and firmware and try updating it.
