problem print pdf font NEAUE SANS PRO

Good morning,

I have a problem, I have some pdfs with the neue sans pro font, when I print them with Toshiba printers I put bold text in the text where it shouldn't be

what could it be?

@matteo_5629 is the fonts embedded in the PDF? It might be that your Toshiba printer is not registering that font, and is substituting it. When was the last time a printer driver was updated? Go to the Toshiba website for that.

Try using a different PDF application to see if it's a dedicated issue with Acrobat or the printer.

Thanks so much for the reply, I checked, a collaborator uses InDesign to print on that printer and the fonts are correct.
The problem is when they print with acrobat
