problem with digital signature on government form error with form field with property change

hi, I'm trying to validate government forms. it asks for a digital signature, I try to do it. It shows error with form field with property

Hi Ceciliab,The latest version of Adobe Reader DC is 19.008.20074, please install the update from help menu of Adobe Reader>Check for updates, or manually download and install the update from 19.008.20074 Optional update, October 08, 2018 — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products Reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and let us know if that helps.I am able to print the PDF file you shared, make sure that you open the file in Adobe Reader and print.Thanks for your time and patience thus far.Regards,Anand Sri.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to validate governments forms, is that correct?
