Problems with activate Adobe Acrobat 2017

I have bought Adobe Acrobat 2017 and installed it on windows server 2016. Unfortunatelly I can`t activate it. Whe I want to log in , I have information, that my computer is offline and that I have no internet connection whis is not true, because this server has connection to internet. I have found this page : https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/troubleshoot-cant-connect-online-service.html and when I trying to open page https://activate.adobe.com , I`m getting  HTTP 404:

How can I activate this software ??? Please help me.

Hi Szymon,

 

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to activate the application 

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html) and see if that helps.

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights and try installing the application there and check

I met the same problem. 

I tried according to the link(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html)

only "CS5 and CS5.5: Test successful" works. 

I tried to start my "Adobe acrobat 2017", it still shows "your computer is offline........".

Please try to reset the host files manually, also make and sure that you can access secure sites and Check the GlobalSign Root CA certificate, as described here (https://adobe.ly/3W6hDjX)
