I have purchased Acrobat Pro DC but every time I go to use it - it tells me the trial has expired and I must buy the upgrade.

Very frustrating. I can't get any work done.

There's something a little confusing here. You say you've subscribed to Acrobat Pro, and clearly you're running the trial of Acrobat Pro. But you've posted screen shots about the price of Adobe PDF Pack, which is something entirely different.
