Hi,

i have a Problem with the quick print in Windows 10. I have install the Adobe Reader and the Adobe Acrobat.

When i choose the quick print option in windows for an pdf file, open windows this with the Adobe Acrobat Pro. Can i change this to the Adobe Acrobat Reader?

Thanks for your help.

Hi Akanchha ,

i found the problem.

By the installation from Adobe Acrobat Pro was change the Regkeys

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AcroExch.Document.DC\shell\Print\command

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AcroExch.Document.DC\shell\Printto\command

to the Adobe Pro. I change back to Adobe Reader and now it works.

Hi Patrick,

Hope you are doing well.

You probably see the Acrobat window is because it has been set up as a default PDF viewer to view/open the files.

Try setting up Adobe Reader as the default PDF viewer and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks,

Hi Akanchha ,

Adobe Reader is the default program for PDF files. When i open the pdf file in the windows explorer is any thing all right.

I don´t now ist gives a other parameter to config the default program for quick print. I try it with no NTFS rights to the Acrobat.exe for test a fallback to the reader, but it doenst works.
