Quick Tools not showing on toolbar

Hello Adobe community, as current the Quick Tools that I have customized on the desktop version of Adobe do not appear when I go to the cloud based version. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro (64-bit) & I have done looke into right click "customize quick tool". All the tools are indicated in the dilogue box, but then do not reflect as such on the toolbar. Thanks.

In the screenshot, we see that you have opened the shared PDF.

Could you please check if this happens when you open a PDF to view it?

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.
