I'm using adobe products and also Acrobat Pro. My old ipad pro I had not any problems with adobe product and acrobat. Especially for PDF editing. However last week I had purchase new ipad pro m4 and install all application but I got a problem on acrobat when I want to editing file especially adding image.
I got this message "an error occurred while processing this image". After that I had delete and reinstall acrobat but the problem still goes on. I need a support for this error.

Hi.

I am having this same issue when I use the mobile app on my iPad. I have tried adding both a JPEG and PNG. Both files are on my iCloud drive and are small 4-5 kb.

Kind regards,

Sue

Hi there,

Hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble adding images in Acrobat on your new iPad Pro M4.

Let's try a few steps that might help fix this issue:

1. Update the App and iPad: Open the App Store and make sure Acrobat is updated to the latest version.

Also, check if your iPad has the latest iPadOS installed.

2. Restart Your iPad: Sometimes, a simple restart can help fix small bugs.

3. Check App Permissions: Go to Settings > Acrobat and make sure permissions like Photos and Files & Folders are turned on.

4. Try Different File Locations: If you're adding an image from iCloud, try using one stored directly on your iPad

Let us know how it goes.

Hi @UGUR5C84,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

This sounds strange and should not be happening. I would like to understand the series of events that you are following when adding the image.

Is the image saved on a cloud storage or local storage?

Also, please share a screen recording video of the entire event for a better understanding and assistance.
