"Cannot find or create the font"

Hi, I am having issues with files from a particular content creator and having little success in discussing this with them ("maybe your programs and computer need udating" being the only suggestion they have :facepalm:) and I wondered if anyone could help me inpoint the issue to take it back to them.
All files themselves are too large to attach? All the files with the error message have an instance of unkown under wonsmith (the font in the error) which i presume is the culprit - how do I, or get the creator to fix this?

To verify that your Adobe PDF contains only the features, fonts, and formatting that you’ve specified, use the Preflight tool to inspect and, in certain cases, correct the document’s contents.
The Preflight tool analyzes the contents of a PDF to determine its validity for print production and a variety of other conditions that you can specify. Preflight inspects the file against a set of user-defined values, called preflight profiles. Depending on the profile, the preflight inspection can also correct certain errors. Preflight also runs checks and fixups on visible areas or certain objects and makes PDFs comply with various standards.

I don't have access to that? Is this support only for paid products because mine is not.
I'm not the one creating the files, I just want it to displap and print properly?

We are sorry for the delay in response.

Please try to get in touch with the creator of the PDF file and ask him to analyze the file with the preflight tool as described above and see if that works.

Also please share the PDF file in question so that we can check it on our end.
