"Please Wait..." - Can't attach pdf to email

When I attach a pdf file to email, instead of the pdf form being attached, all I get is this message:  "Please Wait... Your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document."  I have downloaded Acrobat Pro to try to fix it, and it still is happening.

You can attach it. Just can't see it. Don't try, it must be a simple attachment. And you MUST tell your recipients to save the attachement and open in Reader, wherever they think they know.

Not recommend. Especially for fillable forms. Critical for government Forms. If you print to PDF because the correct message confuses you, you maybe sending worthless junk back.

Had the same issue...I found that if you print the PDF to a PDF it works just fine. I think it has something to do with the Fill Form function of the PDF...

This is something the email program or email web site is doing and not something involving Acrobat, Reader or the full version DC.

A File is a File. Whether it is a PDF, DWG (Autocad drawing), a Word Doc or whatever other type of file.
