"put in some text" error

When I convert a Word doc to Adobe, it converts OK but the tab for the file says "put in some text" rather than the file name. Has anyone else run into this?

    Hi there

     

    Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delayed response.

     

    I hope you would have found the solution to the issue by now. If it still exists, would you mind sharing the steps/workflow you are doing to create the PDF from Word document?

     

    Please try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present in the MS Word toolbar and seeif that works. Also make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 23.08.20470 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.
