"SIGN" TOOLBAR, MISSING TOOLS

Hello! I would like to be able to add check marks to check boxes on forms that I am filling out. I am able to type in a letter, however I cannot check or X out the box. My signature toolbar only has "sign" on there, no other icons like I see on others. Mine looks like this:

I see others online that looks like this:

How do I get those icons to also appear with sign?
