Hi Preferred Realty LLC,

Thank you for reaching out. The error message you're encountering indicates a permissions issue where the Adobe installer or application is unable to write to a required temporary directory on your system.

Please try the following steps:

1. Run as Administrator: Right-click the Adobe installer or application shortcut and select "Run as administrator". This grants the necessary permissions to create folders and write files.

2. Check Folder Permissions: Ensure that your user account has full control over the following folders:

C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe (for 64-bit systems)
You can do this by:

Right-clicking the folder > Properties > Security tab
Click Edit, then ensure your user account has Full Control

3. Temporarily Disable Antivirus or Security Software: Some security software may block folder creation. Try disabling it temporarily during installation.

4. Free Up Disk Space: Ensure there is enough free space on your system drive (usually C:), especially in the Temp folder.

If the above steps do not help, please try reinstalling the application using the steps suggested below:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/3GbrGQx).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4k4MwiC.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
