'Raise without handler' after hang when trying to combine PDFs

When trying to create a binder of PDFs from the context menu in File Explorer, Acrobat hangs, then returns 'Raise without Handler' when closing out of Acrobat. I have run the EULA fix and ensured Acrobat is updated. I'm able to combine PDFs as normal when doing so from within Acrobat (Tools>Combine), but this adds a number of extra steps to a well-established workflow. Any recommendations are welcomed!

Hi @Mike218243502k9u

Hope you are doing great and am sorry for the delay in response. I hope you would be able to fix the issue by now, if it still exists, Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.2.20212 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer.

If it still doesn't work, please collect the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share them via document cloud link as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html for further investigation of the issue.

Regards

Amal
