Replacing Page "Breaks" Font Generates Errors

Hello all,

I am having an issue with the fonts being "replaced" when replacing pages and errors generating. I can insert the page fine but if I try replacing, some of the fonts change or I get errors and blank pages.

I have searched for solutions. I have "Use Local Fonts" checked in the preferences.

Using the latest version of Acrobat Pro.

1st attachment is the original.

2nd attachment is errors and font issues. The replaced pages have errors but the inserted pages seam fine.

3rd attachment is the same but with blank pages. Again the inserted pages seam fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Hi Dru29530408hgvf,

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned, the issue occurs when replacing the pages in a PDF. You have already shared the original file. Would you mind sharing the file that you used to replace the pages? We will check them and try to replicate the behavior.

Please confirm if the issue occurs with any other files. Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.

In the meantime, refer to the following help document on organizing PDFs: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/manipulating-deleting-renumbering-pdf-pages.html

Thanks,

Meenakshi
