Requesting e-signatures failing

I'm able to fill in the document with my saved signature and add the date, but after I select Request e-signatures, input the Signers email, and select "Specify Where to Sign" I get an error popup. It states: "Something went wrong, please try again later."

Are there any actions I can take to resolve this? Or is it merely waiting till later?
