Resize Pages In Adobe Acrobate Pro

Now when i combined multiple PDF files together the layout is not the same as the page size how to resize the pages in the pdf as a preview and layout I already know how to do it using the print properties when i want to print?

    If you have Acrobat Pro DC you can use the Scale Pages command in the Preflight tool to achieve it.
