rotation not saving on edited document

When I bring in a .pdf file created in AutoCAD it is rotated 90 degrees, I open it, roate it and save it.

When I open again the rotation did not save. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

That's because the new user interface sucks because it's so confusing.

I work using the same methodology with AutoCAD,

ensure you are using "page rotate" and not mistakenly using "view rotate".

Page rotate is available through “Tools” > “Organize Pages.” Or, select “Organize Pages” from the right pane.

Alternatively you can 'Customize Quick Tools' to add a page rotate button (clockwise OR counter) in your Toolbar -
Note: both pageview rotate use the same icon button, however the page rotate button will open a further on screen menu with options (see attached image)
