Saving PDF file to HotFolder Problem "This document was saved, but an error occured after..."

Hi, I can not save PDF document to HotFolder (is watched by company's crm site)

Document saves, but I am getting alerts from Enfocus PitStop Pro and Acrobat that blocks the program

Why this is happening?

It seems that PDF and EPS are only problematic.

I need this for automating script, but I cannot do this manually.

My guess is that the hot folder system it locking or moving the file immediately it appears, but that Acrobat needs to do more work on it. So add a delay, at least 2 seconds. This is a very common problem with hot folder systems.
