Send for signatures not working

I'm having an issue sending a PDF contract for signatures.

 

After I enter the recipient's email address and click to the next step to designate where to sign, the app just spins and spins for all eternity. I end up having to force quit Acrobat. 

 

Creative Cloud and all apps are up to date. 

 

This feature was working flawlessly for me until about three weeks ago. 

Please help!

I have the same issue on my Microsoft Surface Pro notebook. The update has not sorted the problem. After I have signed my pdf doc and want to create the email to send it does nothing.

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the issue for a better understanding and assistance?

 

Also, please ensure that the app is updated to the latest version (2024.005.20241) for the best experience.

Hi Souvik

I can't even do a screenprint for you as there is no activity after I had applied a signature to a document and I go to the send an email with my completed document, nothing happens. Enormously frustrating. Is it to do with my computer that is a Snapdragon processor? My other computer does not have the problem.

If you are still experiencing the issue, please check if you can send the document using the Acrobat web application.

If you can share a screen recording of the steps you take to complete the form and send the document for signature, it will help us understand the issue. Also, share the current Acrobat and OS version numbers that are in use.
