Sending a copy of a document

The process I go through at work consists of sending the documents to be signed and approved by my supervisor. Then once it is signed by my supervisor, adobe sends me the signed copy and I save the signed file to a folder and resend the file manually to its final destination for processing. Is there a way for Adobe to send out the file to its final destination the moment it is has been signed by my supervisor and sent back to me. CCing doesnt really make sense because then it fills up the mailbox of the final destination with unsigned files that are not approved yet. On Docusign I noticed there is a feature that sends a copy to a user when the original document has been signed. How can I mimic this on Adobe?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you aren't getting the copy of the signed document

 

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to send the document for signature?

 

Please try to send the document for signature using Fill and Sign > Request Signature and add the supervisor email , the finale destination email and your email in the order you want the document to flow.  For more information about sending documents for signature and the signers experience please check out the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/send-for-signature.html

    Hi Amal, the problem is not that I do not receive a copy a of the signed the document but that I would like for a third party user to receive the document when it is signed. The catch being: that they can only receive the document once it is signed and not a moment before. 

     

    The workflow is

    1. Organize the document for signature

    2. Request signature from supervisor

    3. Receive Adobe email confirmation that document has been sent out for signature.

    4. Receive Adobe email confirmation that  document has been signed

    5. Save signed document to respective client folder

    6. Send signed document to billing for processing

     

    I would like to know if there is a way to cut out step 6. I would like that the billing department receives a signed copy at the same time I do. However I do not want them to recieve the notifiation that the document has been sent out for signature because it would clutter up the billing department mailboxes with many unsigned documents.
