Server failure issues for recipients of e signature

Has anyone else had recent issues for recipients of e signature recieving Server failure messages when trying to finalise and sent their signed PDF's back? really frustrating for business. we've had this issue on and off for the past two weeks. nearly ready to go to another product. ( I'm in New Zealand)

Sorry for the troubled experience. With the recent update in the Acrobat Sign services, there were a few temporary outages registered at our end. However, they have been taken care of immediately.

Please share the screenshot of the server failure message you're receiving. Do you experience this with every document you try to send? Are you using the service on a work machine or a personal one? 

You may ask the recipients to change their browsers to see if that helps.
