Set a default Subject and Message when Inviting others via email

Is there a way to change the default message from "Please view this document." to something else? Any way to create a set template?

Hi  there,

If I understand your requirement correctly, then you are referring to the default message filled in the dialog box (as shown in screenshot below) comes up while sending a document for signature to others?

If yes, then sorry to say, that is not possible to change the message by default. You have to enter it manually while sharing file for signature.

Note: The message template feature is available in Adobe Sign business level accounts. Individual accounts doesn't have this feature available.
