we get an error when we try to inizialize a shared review.
The version is Adobe Acrobat XI.

I have the same problem. I use Arobat Pro 2017. At the end of the year 2022 everything was still ok. In the new year we get the error.

Hello Stefan,
I contacted Adobe support, mybe is linked some Antivirus new version or some changes in the firewall.
I checked Symantec antivirus and now I see:
You can try to see if in you side some patch has been done.
In my case Shared Review worked fine sure until 6th of January. The issue has been reported since 9th of January.

the problem is still there for me as well. Even with the latest version of Acrobat DC PRO.
There is another entry here that might explain it. But do not have a solution yet.

Hello Stefan,
I resolved my issue, now I'm able to create shared Review.
Adobe support has suggested to disable some option in Acrobat.
You can apply the following steps:
Restart PC.
About the previously Acrobat version (Acrobat X, XI ..) the Adobe support is expired.
It has suggested to install Acrobat Pro.
